The Trigo Khorasan Kamut ® Integral Biopanaderia breakfasts are crafted with the best selection of eco-friendly ingredients. Wheat Khorasan Kamut, (considered the ancestor of the modern hard trims recovered in the 1950s), Organic Eggs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from 1st cold extraction (guarantees the highest quality from the gastronomic and organoleptic point of view, preserving all properties and being the most beneficial for health).
Sweet biscuit of rectangular shape. For its artisan manufacture, it is always possible to achieve a unique form similar to that of the other biscuits.
Made from a total kamut flour, which gives it a natural contribution of food fibre. It contains no lactose and is sweetened with brown sugar.

The approximate weight of a cookie will be about 9.5g.
Biscuit with a rectangular shape of about 5cm long.
The approximate mean thickness should be 5.7 mm.
Method of Conservation
The product should be kept in cool (<20ºC) and dry (<70% humidity), without the incidence of sunlight.
Presentation-Packaging
Product packaged in polypropylene tarrina closed with 100% recyclable thermoseleplastic polypropylene film.
Preferred Consumption
Before the end of 12 months from the date of manufacture of the product.
