- NATURAL MOTHER MASS: Elaborated with Masa Natural Mother of Trigo cultivated and cared for in the worker by our Master Panaderos, with which we get a nice panettone in both textures and flavors.
- LACTOSE: We do not use milk or products containing lactose in our worker.
- AOVE: Using Extra Virgin Olive Oil in our elaborate we get a much healthier product.
- ECOLOGICAL: Elaborated with 100% organic production ingredients and 100% recyclable polypropylene packaging.
- FULL HARINES: Made 100% with full Trigo Harina. This is the ground grain with its bran, endosperm and germ.
