Mass of sweet fermented pastry made with natural mother mass of wheat, olive oil of first cold extraction, eggs, with integral sugar of cane and whole flour of wheat (flour with its germ) and nuggets of chocolate. It is presented individually in mold form.

  • INTEGRAL FLOUR and NATURAL MOTHER MASS: 100% elaborated with Integral Harina. Elaborated with Masa Madre Natural cultivated and cared for in the worker by our Master Panaderos, with which we get a nice bread in both textures and flavors.
  • APTO: Product suitable for people with lactose-intolerant (100% lactose-free), no soy, no butters, no palm oil, no preservatives, no chemical dyes.
  • NO SOY, NO LACTOSE, NO PRESERVATIVES: No soy is used in the Biopanaderia worker for any of the elaborations, so you won't find even traces of soy. Just like no milk derivative is used, leaving our products totally lactose free.
