The natural mother dough of rye is cultivated and cared for by our baking masters, who preserve and use it with indulgence and dedication and use it for rye processing.

- Ecology: made of 100% biological production ingredients, 100% recyclable polypropylene packaging.
- Whole wheat flour: made from whole wheat flour, which contains germ and does not add bran.
