Description
Sweet cookie shaped like elongated shell mimicking the almond. For its artisan manufacture it is always achieved a unique form, similar to the rest of the almond crackers. Made with integral spelt flour and almond flour, which gives it a supply of food fibre and protein. It is sweetened with brown sugar.

Almond-shaped biscuit with an average diameter of approximately 3 cm and a mean thickness of approximately 2 cm. The weight of a cookie will be about 9g.
Method of Conservation
The product should be kept in fresh place (<20ºC) and dry without the incidence of sunlight.
Consumption
Preferred Before 12 months from the date of manufacture of the product.

Product suitable for people with lactose intolerance, 100% lactose-free. Suitable for wheat allergy.
It contains monounsaturated healthy fats, thanks to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Elaborated with Full Integral Spelt Harina, without added saved.
