CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AN ORDER
All products purchased in www.biopanaderia.com may be returned and refunded, provided that you communicate Bioandelos S.L. its intention to return the / the product / s purchased / s within a maximum period of up to 10 working daysCounted from the date of execution of the order and the rest of the conditions are met established in this section.
BioAndelos S.L. only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product has been damaged by shipping.
- The product is not wrong, it is not the one requested.
- The product must be in the same state as it was delivered and must retain their original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box that has been received to protect the product.

In order to provide customers with the return process and to make proper monitoring of it, Bioandelos S.L. It establishes only refund procedure set forth in these conditions of purchase. If the reason for return is attributable to Bioandelos S.L. (The product is defective, not the one who had asked, etc.), the refund amount will be refunded. If the reason is another (products are served correctly, but are not to your liking), the cost of return postage will be paid by the customer.
To proceed with a refund, follow these steps:

BioAndelos S.L. will manage the return order under the same system used for payment within 5 days from 3 confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund in the account or the customer card depends on the card and the issuer. The implementation period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.
