After the deadline, incidents of that type will not be assisted.

Deadlines of orders

BioAndelos S.L.Make your shipments through a messaging company. Your order will be delivered to you within a maximum period of 10 working days from the confirmation of it. Although the usual delivery time is usually ranged between 2 and 6 days, from the completion of the order.

In the case of delay in the delivery of the orders attributable to BioAndelos S.L., the client may cancel his order according to the procedure described in the return section. Delays will not be considered delays in the delivery, those cases in which the request has been made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered due to the client's achievable cause.
