Description
The whole wheat mold bread of Biopanadería. It is elaborated with natural mother mass of wheat of its own elaboration. It is a soft, tender and long-conservation bread. Without preservatives or additives, with a low content of sugars and low saturated fat content. Elaborated with natural mother mass of your own cultivation that will facilitate digestion. You will sit well!
✔ Ecological: Elaborated with 100% ingredients of biological production and packaging in 100% recyclable polypropylene.
✔ NO-OGM: Product without genetically modified organisms (NO-GMO) and do not contain, nor have you been in contact, nor in its manufacturing process, GMOs have been intervened in accordance with Regulation (EC) No.1829 / 2003.
✔ Natural mother mass: elaborated with natural mother cultivated and careful in the observer by our bakers, with which we got a nice bread both in textures and flavors.

✔ Integral flour: Flour of integral spell with germ, bran and endosperm of full grain. Product of grinding that preserves all grain components. It provides dietary fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, does not contain bleaching agents, improves insulin sensitivity, reduces the risk of heart disease and prevents overweight, among other benefits.
✔ Long duration: Packed in protective atmosphere with thermal seal, allowing the product to lengthen its conservation to be able to consume it in the best conditions and without having been altered by any external component.
✔ Suitable: product suitable for people with lactose intolerances (100% lactose-free), without soy, without butters, without palm oil, without preservatives or chemical dyes.
Conservation method
The product should be kept in cool place (<18ºC) and dry (<60% moisture) and without incidence of sunlight.
It is suitable for freezing in the unopened container and we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator, taking out the slices that are going to consume about 20 minutes before.
Preferential consumption
Before 30 days from the manufacture of the product.
