Description
Sweet cookie shaped like elongated shell mimicking the almond. For its artisanal manufacture, it is always possible to achieve a unique form similar to that of the other cookies. Made with integral flour and almond flour, which gives it a contribution of food fibre and protein. It is sweetened with brown sugar.
